Homemade Spaghetti Bolognese is the Easiest meal you could ever cook so I'm going to talk you through how to prepare and cook the way I do it .
Cooking time 20-30min's top's.
Ingredients;
1small onion
Handful mushrooms
500g Beef Mince
400ml Stock cube (beef)
400g Spaghetti
Splash on pepper & salt
1 Teaspoon Salted butter
1tin chopped tomatoes
Pinch of basil
If you want that extra spice kick (optional) you can add a pinch of chilli.
Method;
- Heat a large saucepan over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of oil and once hot add your 500g mince cook till brown careful not to overdo the mince tho.
- Drain your mince and pop to one side .
- Fry your onion's / mushroom's for 5-6 minute's add a pinch of salt then re add your mince
- Add your tomatoes and your stock and mix well add your pinch of basil , pepper and if your spicing it up with chilli add it now! Simmer for 20mins with saucepan lid on.
- While your bol sauce is simmering away warm up some water in a small saucepan and add your spaghetti . you want to cook for 8-12 minutes by the time your spaghetti is ready to serve your sauce should be done. (when you drain your spaghetti add your 1 teaspoon of salted butter mix into spaghetti gives it that delicious taste).
- Serve sauce over spaghetti and enjoy !
