I've been using milk and more since end of December and have made 3 orders and awaiting my 4th order from them so i thought it would be time to do a review .

We've all seen the adverts but i hadn't heard much about milk and more you've all given me your questions so I'm here to answer your queries .

How does milk and more work?

Milk and more is a website where you basically get your local milkman to drop off shopping you've ordered online via their site you can set up regular orders so you could have weekly drops or even monthly , There are multiple ways to pay for e.g i pay via direct debit so it comes out on a date I choose when i signed up to the website.

Ive heard you don't have to pay until you get invoices?

When i signed up i got a option to pay direct debit which i set up straight away at start of month and started my order i had to pay for the order before my direct debit date at end of month anything after that goes onto next months invoice .
So i didn't have to pay straight away as i got to choose my direct debit date.

How easy is it to navigate round the website ?
Once you get used of the website its easy to navigate around , i found it difficult in the beginning especially when it kept timing out when i was putting stuff into my basket which was annoying but any queries i really struggled with for e.g my promo code had not worked so i called them which was easy to find the number and they helped with my problem.

Is the delivery really before 8am?

Yea this is what surprised me I've had one order come on a Sunday at 1am in the morning my latest one came on a Sunday at 3am , which if you have a dog like me gets you out of bed to go and get your shopping they don't knock they leave it where asked on website .

Is it safe?

Yes it safe using your details I'm a little paranoid when it comes to the shopping they ask you on the site where you want your order left unfortunately mines not left where asked they put it next to my front door and use the bins to hide it from street view (shopping in bags next to door) which i find a little uneasy so whatever time it arrives I'm awake and get it put it away and go back to bed as i don't trust all that shopping out there I'm sure if there was any problems i could ring up and find a way to resolve the matter ill let you know if that happens.

What is their customer service like ?

I've never actually spoken to my milkman who delivers as he's always gone before i get to the door but i have spoken to their customer service and they were very polite and dealt with my queries in a polite and respectful manner .

what foods do they deliver ?

They don't do everything on the website its more like your general basics ;

• Breakfasts
• Crisps & Chocolates
• Bread & milk
• Drinks
• Essentials
• They do pets and garden basics as well

They do a lot of good offers though its worth having a check

So overall I've had a pretty good experience and still continuing to use them i would recommend to others as its very easy to do and makes my life easier.
