During September we all hung onto our seats at the hype of The Martian , Directed by Ridley
Scott,this film Released in September 30th 2015 we were all long awaiting for after it's trailer was released , I think we all felt we were in need for some new Sci - Fi films to watch after a lacking in decent ones coming to our screens as I've watched quite a few disappointing ones recently !, And after the touch of propaganda from the media and NASA promoting the Mars mission i felt like it was overly advertised which drives me crazy as it raises our expectations usually for them to be ruined.

Although I sat down to watch this film and I did generally enjoy it too much of my surprise the start of the film was not too slow , they went straight into the story although throughout the film i did think they was quite a few slow moments which bored me a little but it didn't matter as it was actually a brilliant watch it gripped me to my seat as you were unsure whether Mark Watney (played by Matt Damon) would even survive especially after his potato garden went to tatters due to natural Mars winds and even when he did the jump to his crew mates ,I just thought he would drift off into space.

My score for this film would be a 7 out of 10 as it did keep me gripped the majority of the time and we all dream of space and i think they gave a very good accuracy to the condition's a weather surrounding and the actual mental struggle in isolation ,
