how to eat healthy on a low budget

When it comes to healthy eating it can be tough , it often means more money on your food shop from the fresh juice and the fruit and veg that goes of quick so you have to buy 10x more than usual especially if you're on a meal plan , so here are some tips to stay health and save some dosh.

• Buy the Basics : Shopping doesn't have to be too pricey and stocking up can always help you need to make sure you get all the nutrients you can , You want to Buy Whole Grain bread it's so much better for you than general white bread  and has that extra goodness in it ,spinach is after all super food and goes great with tuna but if you do get tuna it's better to get tuna in water than in sunflower oil. Switch to skimmed milk , stock up on oats for porridge you can get them so cheap from lidl for about 25p Chuck some chopped up banana in there and you have a superb breakfast to keep you going , Chickpeas,tomatoes,lentils , sweet potatoes and broccoli can give you the perfect start to salads for your meal plans ,Watermelon , pears and bananas are the most affordable fruits on the shelves.
• Shopping List: Make sure you write a shopping list otherwise your budget will go out the window.
• Freeze : The healthy food doesn't always last too long so your freezer will become your best friend , Prepackaged frozen fruits and veg can be cheap , last long and be perfect for a delicious smoothie which can be a filling and refreshing addition to your day , you could also stock freeze fish like salmon , trout and sea bass.
• Make a plan; Get yourself a meal plan and schedule properly no snacking on junk if you have to snack do it on carrot's or fresh fruit.
• • Keep yourself hydrated .
  
  
• Stockpile; Make a healthy stew full of vegetables you can make around 5 or more bowls out of a slow cooker batch and always freeze for later.
• NO TAKEAWAYS they always cost too much out of our budget and we are regretting spending that money the next day also not healthy, to stay health think about your sugar intake maybe cut how many spoons of sugar you have in your coffee and tone down the fizzy drinks as you may think your being healthy but all the fizzy pop and sugar can ruin all your hard work . .

Vivere is located  Foregate St, Stafford . I Walked in and got greeted by very friendly staff , We ordered some rose wine and they offered a taste test to make sure it was to our liking ( lovely wine) ,  then it came to ordering our meals and they were very patient as i take a while to decide what i want when there's so much to offer on the menu. I had seafood main dish and it was fab all cooked perfectly and full of such flavor this is the second time i have been to this restaurant in person and i definitely recommend this place left me feeling so full for hours , i could barely walk home . They have a Delicious range of  puddings as well, all meals are wonderfully presented and you can see the kitchen from your seat as its a open kitchen so you know your foods being handled with care . They also offer a takeaway service which i was hesitant at getting at first but they did not change the food in any way for take away other than packaging so i was very pleased and there garlic bread is to die for ! The only downside is that Its quite a small place on the inside so when it gets busy you do feel like you don't have much room but other than that 10/10!! :) “Garlic Bread To Die For!”

Long Awaited Return Of X Files

We've all awaited the day we would hear X Files would be Returning to our screen's , When I heard I was actually jumping up and down with joy and started to re-watch the boxset of all their previous series .
Many people have very mixed reviews on the "new look" of the show on the trailer but my reply is it has been years since xfiles was on our screens obviously thing are going to change it cannot be exactly the same as it was , times have changed and they want to aim towards loyal x files fans and new one's which means a change had to be made I'm rather looking forward to it myself i think it opens the horizons to more unique storylines with how cgi and newer technology is around to make this reopening of x files one to remember.

X-Files is due to be on UK Screens On Channel 5 & or Fox This February 2016 So check out the trailer below and leave your comments on what you think of the reopening of x files, will you be tuning in the watch it?!.

so i will say if you put the time in you can get stuff out of the site personally i don't spend 1000s of hours a month on it as i don't have that time in my day to sit and do surveys like most people and i haven't got much out of the site so if you have got the hours to waste it is worth it for the winner of the raffle or the paypal cash.

Hi Guy's i've just finished Bones Series 10 and
currently watching through 11 so i thought i'd do a review of the boxset so far!! (TV series) .


Bones is a american crime drama series that premiered on FOX the show first aired in the us on september 13th 2005 .

My first impression of the show was that it was going to be like all the other crime drama's out there but Bones took it a different way with completely different main character personalities and their unique take on death and investigation it had me intrigued especially when I knew David Boreanaz would be in it as I was a big fan of Buffy The Vampire slayer back in the day so i was very much excited to see david in something else .

The show is based on forensic anthropology and forensic archaeology with each episode focusing on FBI case files concerning the mysteries behind human remains that are investigated by Special Agent Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) and Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel) who's nickname in the show is Bones they both work extremely well together as they are complete polar opposites.

The show is created by Hart Hanson the series is loosely based on the life and writings of novelist and forensic anthropologist kathy reichs who also produces the show, Bones is a joint production by Josephson Entertainment , far field productions and 20th Century Fox Television tbh i havent really watched much thats created by Hart but i was keen to see this show .

The show is an alliance between forensic anthropologist Dr Temperance Brennan (Bones) and FBI special agent Seeley Booth and there hunt to find the victims behind the bones and look for clues that are not so obvious.

Brennan is the main team leader of the jeffersonian institute lab , a federal institution that collaborates with the FBI and the smithsonian where she works along side a fantastic group of people that assist her and booth along the way  .

Set in washington DC the show revolves around solving cases of possible murder victims from their bones . Dr brennan and her team provide the science expertise and booth provides Fbi techniques.
Brennan and Booth are constantly at a disagreement about science and faith , brennan argues for science , evidence and atheism and doesn't think with her emotions it's all about the facts and the truth where booth argues faith , god and the unproven and the fbi instincts and police experience.

Brennan is a brilliant and well known forensic anthropologist who works the the jeffersonian institute, she is author of her own crime fiction books based on her life of solving cases and experiences she goes through  .
she is a atheist and a strong believer in facts and evidence she comes off distant and detached from everyday peoples human emotions she lacks empathy and compassion but through the series learns to understand those emotions .
She is known for a high IQ (smart ass) and impressive reasoning skills . Throughout the series she learns to understand love , marriage , family and motherhood and develop a better understanding of human emotion .

Booth seeks brennans professional help in investigations involving human remains that need to be identified and find how they met their death.
He is a skilled investigator and interrogator who relies often on his "gut" and "cop instincts". he was a veteran where he was a sniper , he is a father and a younger brother .
Booths character can be very emotional where anger , romance and hunch's lead him on his cases he is the complete opposite to brennan but it completely works.

It took a long while for brennan and booth to get together which i was very happy about as you're constantly routing for the couple to get together , i found that throughout the majority of the series i was pretty hooked all the way through although i'm very curious what will be next in the story i'm currently watching season 11 so hoping for something a bit more explosive in the storyline to come forth as i feel like its reaching its end unless they pull something out the bag!.

Ive enjoyed the cast that work alongside brennan and booth although after 10 seasons and through 11 i definitely think they need more gripping storylines added and a mix up with the surrounding cast as all the same faces for 11 seasons makes it feel like there's not much change and some of the backing characters i feel have reached their limit when it comes to show and i don't think they can progress much more .

I have very much enjoyed the whole box set and still watching throughout i would rate this so far as
a 8/10 as there is much more that can be done to grip us to the show especially considering in 11 seasons there hasn't been much oh my gosh moments where you want to cry or throw something at the tv.

Mark wahlberg , Ted & Amanda siegfried

Personal rating for the film - 7/10

If your a fan of Ted 1 then this sequel is a must watch .

Ted 2 follows the awesome bear though his relationships and friendships to try and get is rights changed from "property" to "person" although it's never as easy as expected especially when Ted's arch Nemesis Donny is back to seek Ted out for his revenge (who's dancing makes me laugh) you also see Amanda Siegfried come into the film who also makes this second movie more funny as the trio go through they're adventures.

I personally enjoy this film although i found that it didn't fully live up to its predecessor which had more of a decent plot line . But this film is still guaranteed to make you sick (some gross scenes but i wont spoil)  and make your cheeks hurt from laughter.


So if you heading down to the cinema grab some popcorn and prepare for the laughter

Red always false or painted!

 NailsI love my nails being done if i can afford to i will go to the nail salon and have a full set of tips/gel's usually Red I'm obsessed with red nails i think they are beautiful and complements my personality.

Two tones blusher

Blusher wise I always use a two tone blusher that include a pale pink and a bright pink for a really nice two toned blush on your face because you don't want bright pink dolly cheeks. You're not a barbie doll.

Liquid always use a soft sponge to apply

 Foundation 
I always use a liquid foundation and a soft make up sponge to blend it in the colour i go for based on my skin tone is soft tan . But ladies remember ORANGE doesn't look good no matter what you think.!

Add on top of your lipstick for extra effect

 Lip Gloss
Red or pinks are best for gloss in my opinion you want to add that colour to your face and lips are the first thing people notice after noticing your eyes .

A Lot of people when they talk focus on your lips so you want something that looks good Red , Pinks or even a clear glimmer gloss.
A good tip is use your fave lipstick then put some clear gloss over the top to add that extra shine.

Always want to go for black

 Liquid eyeliner!
I never used to wear liquid eyeliner much but recently I've realised how amazing it is it brings out the eyes improves photos by highlighting your eyes also mixed with the right eye shadow's can really bring out your eyes to a whole new level.

Eyeliner wise I always go for a black i think its the best colour and you always want to bring out your eye's i think even if your not wearing make up adding eyeliner can make a big difference .
I tend to go for black soft kohl eyeliner do top lids and bottom and a flick in the corner of the eye.

Steve merchant playing Steve Prichard in Hello Ladies series/Movie

I've just finished Hello Ladies Series and the Hello Ladies movie I found it hilarious, cringe worthy and a really good series.
The series created by Stephen merchant , Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky.
 The series is about Steve merchant as a English bloke that moved to LA looking for love.

Unfortunately there was one series and a movie as it was cancelled by HBO which was a shame because it was so funny.

The show is about a Englishman Stuart pritchard (Steve Merchant) living in LA with the intent of finding the woman of his dreams (supermodel) , however the awkward Stuart keeps running into cringe worthy situations so often .

Along for the adventure's included his best friend wade who has separated from his wife Jessica who is just as a  cringe worthy when trying to pull women to get over his wife , also included a aspiring actress/screenwriter living at Stuart's home as a lodger who is a best friend to Stuart .

 The pilot episode started with introducing this nerdy , lanky geek called Stuart trying to pull girl's , it starts off with Stuart and wade in a nightclub trying to chat up Ladies with keywords such as suicide and abortion the women ran off quickly because the boys have no chat up lines and can be very creepy and cringeworthy.

later though the episode Stuart thinks he has a chance with an actor friend of  Jessica's they all go to a nightclub and the tragedy starts he ended up buying the whole bar drinks , getting humiliated and humiliating himself in front of the majority of the bar and the girl he was trying to impress and ended up still going home and having a microwave meal for one. .
